Booking & Retainer Policy

All retainers are non-refundable, no exceptions. Rescheduling must be done at least 10 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your retainer.

Clients must be inside the suite by the 5-minute mark of their appointment. Arrivals beyond this will result in an automatic cancellation and loss of retainer.

This policy also applies to all circumstances, including illness, COVID-related issues, traffic, weather, car trouble, or childcare conflicts. Please plan accordingly. As a solo esthetician, i book by appointment only to ensure quality service, time management, and accountability for each client Thank you for your understanding!

By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. Your time is valued, and so is the time of the client scheduled after you.
